WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIRST SESSION?
The first counselling session is a two way meeting. It’s an opportunity for you to consider what it might be like to work with your counsellor and to see if your counsellor can meet your needs. If we decide to continue to work together, we can discuss confidentiality. You will be able to voice your hopes and fears and expectations, if you feel the need.

ABOUT US
The NLCP covers a wide range of life’s difficulties. We work in mental health settings, educational settings and women’s psychological services. We work with depression, anxiety, stress, loss, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, addiction, eating difficulties, relationship issues and work dilemmas.

FEES
Fees are £40 a session. However in cases of financial hardship we reserve a few low cost places.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid being charged for a missed session or change of appointment we ask that you give 24 hours notice.
